I think Very High with no AA will work for you. My GPU is a little better than yours and I get 60+ FPS in most scenes with light AA. However, in the scenes with lots of grass my fps tanks. I've read this is due to CPU-based physics, so you may fare better than I did in those spots since your CPU is better than mine.

Completely agree with Bohlingc. Use the very high preset, but if you want, turn shaders, shadows, and post processing to High settings. Maybe even medium.

Thanks both of you guys :) sorry for my english. in fact, first mission, when i go through N.Y. together with psycho, there is a lot of grass! and my framerate drop to 48-50 and make a ibt of stuttering. in the first part of the game, due to the rain, my framerate drops too, to 40-45 fps with some stuttering! is this normal???

Ohh yes. The finer details can absolutely wreck a beast PC. The Crysis series has a way of doing that. xD

hmm so , to max it out we better need 780 2way-SLI ???

If you want 60 fps on max settings I'd say either a R9 290x or a 780ti would be good enough. :D

That is a close estimate, but if you want to max it out 100%, including max AA, you need more than 3 titans….even 3 titans only get 52 fps on everything max…but you can max everything else without aa with a single card

Man, Gamer Feedback Results shows that it has good optimization and your rig after overcocking meets hi-performance requirements. So, i think you could get desirable fps at Ultra Settings no aa or light aa at 1680x1050. You can use fraps and msi afterburn for measuring fps[they are more accurate than anyone's guess].

I'd recommend using tweaked ultra settings with low AA (2-4X) to achieve stable frame-rates. Expect in the range of 45+ fps :) You will experience some frame drops though. This game is pretty heavy on the hardware.

Man, High settings light aa at 1280x720 and 1024x768. You can use fraps and msi afterburn for measuring fps[they are more accurate than anyone's guess]. Since you rig is over recommended requirements, optimization is good[according to gamer feedback results] and your resolution is small so fps should be on higher side

Well, this is price can be inaccurate, I just trying to help you.
GeForce GTX 970 is around 400$ and GeForce GTX 980 is around 600$ I think, but the GeForce GTX 980 performance, is only about 50% better, so it's better if you get a GeForce GTX 970. :|

Completely no reason to upgrade to a GTX 970 on that res. 280x is a very good gpu at that res, it would just be a waste of money. Also, you should rather upgrade your monitor than your gpu. At least 1080p.

Actually I do not know if I quite agree on that; one if my biggest mistakes was to upgrade from my old i5-4430 to my 4770k, there was almost no increase in FPS (only a few maybe), as his 4440 is faster than my old 4430, I cannot see how it would bottleneck, as my 4430 clearly didn't bottleneck my r9 290. So that's why I recommend: He should upgrade his monitor first and don't care about his cpu an

…and his gpu as they perform very well at 1080p - IT would be another deal if he now would play on a higher res, which would require more horsepower.

With the help of all of you friends,i am going to replace my current GPU with GTX 970 without any cost lose.I will excahge my GPU to GTX 970 after 1 month because its free to use for 1 month by shopkeeper. My friend Captivestraw said i will not have any bottleneck with GTX 970 even if i OC.Thanks mate.I will also get 970 with 4 GB Vram because i think 3GB Vram is not going to be enough in future.

gtx 970 is actually around 300-350 on and the gtx980 is about twice as expensive. So if i had to pick i would def go with the 970 SLI.

Definitely. Even though your GPU is older it's still one of the most powerful from its generation. Probably medium settings for 50-60 fps.

Thankfully for you, this game looks amazing even on medium!

High settings with all options off, then 30-35 average FPS will be good. ^_^

Try Medium settings.Your RAM is very small.Upgrade to 8GB and upgrade you CPU and GPU too.CPU upgrade to 4th Gen Core i5 or Core i7 and GPU upgrade to AMD R9 series or Nvidia best ever 900 series.
