I don't think you can run it but you can always try and if you do so run it on 640x480 reolution or even low and with the lowest possible settings. . . :-)

Do you think i can run it with my setup i have on my profile?(if so what fps?)
note. this setup is the setup i will be getting next month,
i am currently running a AMD Athlon II x2 220, Nvidia Geforce 6150se nforce 430(intergrated) and 3GB ram and i definitely can not run this game ( i tried the demo, on lowest settings it ran at 5 fps outside and as soon as i am inside it raised to about 15..
a reply will be much appreciated!

as per the one in your GD rig, you should run it at high.
get a better gfx than that gt640 for the cpu u r planning on getting.take a ddr5.

gddr5 gives twice the bandwith of ddr3 and so there's a better performance with the gddr5 . this is for any card. take that 1gb gddr5, will do better than the 2gb ddr3. . 2gb of memory isn't of use to a ddr3. same reason i got my card's 1gb ddr5 and not the 2 gb ddr3.
