Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is a video game in the Castlevania series, and a reboot of the franchise. It is an action-adventure game in a horror/fantasy setting in Southern Europe during the Middle Ages. The game was developed by MercurySteam and Kojima Productions and published by Konami. Hideo Kojima, producer of the Metal Gear franchise, was involved with the title.

this the first game i played in the castlevania series and it turns out to be a reboot. its is a very good game story wise. loved the dlc's too. the origin story for dracula is far better in this one than the previous version, and u kinda feel sympathy for the guy. oddly though i found bane's voice in the dark knight rises very similar to 'the forgotten one' in this game's dlc retribution. the graphics are very good and gameplay very long thankfully.
