NBA 2K13 will be the sequel to the critically-acclaimed NBA 2K12. Developed by Visual Concept and published by 2K Sports, this game will improve upon it's predecessor. Not much is known though, but if NBA 2K12 is any indication, there will probably be numerous improvements to the realism of the game and other features.

Why does it lag on my friends PC?
His specs:
Pentium D 940 3.2ghz
nVidia GeForce GT430(same as mine :D)
2GB ram
It lags so much the fps goes between 5-16 but he has set everything to low and to 800x600 res!!!!

My 1100T X6 died so I'm thinking of picking up a sempron 145 single core... I previously avg'ed over 100fps @720p... I'm thinking I'll dip below 60fps after I throw in the sempron???
