Back of the Box
Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia member Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison. After being involved in a drug deal gone wrong, Tommy seeks out those responsible while building a criminal empire and seizing power from other criminal organizations in the city.

Don't worry bro! this game is an exception here! you can run it on high settings with 35fps avg. unlike San andreas which will require you low settings with lower resolution(800x600) to play it optimally ;)

is there anyway to limit the FPS to 60, the Frame Limiter limits it to 30FPS which isn't great and with it off I get about 200FPS.

I have to agree with thasan1 here. Vice City is my favourite GTA due to the setting and the story, I did like the GTA IV story though.

I only liked GTA 4 because of online, teaming up against cops is crazy fun. GTA SA is my all time favourite, buying this off of Steam for €2.49 now. :D

nah, gta 4 is boring crap, i played it 1-2 days and already got bored, but i played San andread at least 4 times from beggining and its always interesting, nice city, gangs, races through wilderness, and much more things,GTA SA is way better.
