Back of the Box
Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia member Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison. After being involved in a drug deal gone wrong, Tommy seeks out those responsible while building a criminal empire and seizing power from other criminal organizations in the city.

I was joking and was ironic dude O.o I bought i5 2320 three years ago,and still is good, because I play every new game on high or ultra settings…You must know that tha GPU is more important for gameing than CPU…Next time you have to understand my joke…

Don't worry bro! this game is an exception here! you can run it on high settings with 35fps avg. unlike San andreas which will require you low settings with lower resolution(800x600) to play it optimally ;)

is there anyway to limit the FPS to 60, the Frame Limiter limits it to 30FPS which isn't great and with it off I get about 200FPS.

I got a new GPU and moved to HDMI and then this game wouldn't work lol. Had to uninstall it and delete any Vice City files in REGEDIT. Working now though :P
