Your R7 360 should be a tad better than a GTX 460 which manages 45-50 fps on ultra at 1080p in this game… Disabling motion blur should give more fps - it's annoying anyway…

My Intel HD 4000 manages playable fps on low at 720p, DX11 enabled, hi-res textures on and motion blur disabled… R7 M260 should manage medium (all other settings same) no problem since it is comparable to or slightly better than a GT 820M…

Tweaked high at 1366x768, keep motion blur off or low as it reduces fps and is somewhat annoying in this game…

Either medium or high, whatever you prefer he means. Setting them to medium would allow you to have another setting on high. It's a matter of preference on which setting individually you'd like to tweak.

You have a laptop CPU and desktop iGPU…? Well anyway, HD 4400 can run this game on 1366x768 no problem with low settings and motion blur completely disabled (my HD 4000 manages and it is 15% weaker than the HD 4400)…

What…? My HD 4000 runs it on low settings at 1366x768, low, DX11 on, hi-res textures on and with very playable frame rates… I can even manage 1280x720 and tweaked medium with just about playable frame rates…

The game up till patch 1.3 was horrible if you tried to run it on lower end rigs… I'm running it on the latest patch… As of Patch 1.8 and 1.9 (the last two patches), you should have more settings options and it should run a lot better…

I have physical copy (all my games are physical copy) and downloaded from Origin… Don't know about Steam version though… Even after updates, the settings options are High, Very High, Extreme, Ultra but you also have additional options like DX11 feature, hi-res textures, motion blur options and many more… The game's performance also improves…

Even after updates, the settings options are High, Very High, Extreme, Ultra (this is a gimmick) but you also have additional options like DX11 feature, hi-res textures, motion blur options and many more… The game's performance also improves… Here is how the correspond (settings):
High is actually low
Very High is medium
Extreme is High
Ultra is Ultra

Well that is weird… GTX 460 and HD 5850 can max this game on 1920x1080 easily with 40-50 fps average and R7 265 manages max with 60 fps average… If R9 280X manages less than 70 fps average, I'll eat my shoes…
