game lags with everything on minimum ……..specifications
Intel I3 2330M laptop
graphics Intel HD 3000
ram almost 2gb.

ive had a look at how you system compares to the GD requirements and its your GPU thats bringing you down. but even so tera doesn't have the best optimization so i wouldn't recommend buying another stick of RAM as it still wont help the fps

You should be fine on max with steady 30-40 fps but Tera rising doesn't have the best optimization so keep that in mind
