The latest system requirements News for Tom Clancy: Ghost Recon Future Soldier
Full system requirements for Tom Clancy: Ghost Recon Future Soldier reported on Apr-10-2012

Ghost Recon Future Soldier is due out this summer and it looks like it is trying hard to recapture some of the great co-op play we have come to expect from the series.

We have to say, at E3 2011 we spoke to some of the Ubisoft guys and when we asked about the Future Soldier System Requirements they said, 'its not coming out for PC'. We were shocked! Fortunately throughout the past year it has become clear that the person we spoke to had no idea. I am pleased to say we now have in hand the Ghost Recon Future Soldier system requirements, so lets take a look...

Ghost Recon Future Soldier Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows® XP (with Service Pack 3)/Windows Vista® (with Service Pack 2) / Windows 7® (with Service pack 1), both 32 bit & 64 bit versions

CPU: Intel Pentium D 3.0 Ghz or AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+ 2.2Ghz

RAM: 1GB Windows XP / 2GB Windows Vista or Windows 7

GPU: 256 MB DirectX–compliant, Shader 4.0–enabled video card

DX: DirectX 9.0c

DVD-ROM DRIVE: DVD-ROM speed 4x, dual-layer drive

HDD space : 25 GB

Ghost Recon Future Soldier Recommended System Requirements

RAM: 2 GB Windows® XP / 3 GB Windows Vista® & 7®

GPU: 1024 MB DirectX–compliant, Shader 4.0–enabled video card based on nVidia *GeForce GTX 460 or AMD/ATi HD 5850 or better

A special thanks to our member dieselc115 who told us about this. Thumbs up buddy.

Dont forget to give a thumbs up to anyone who helps. Great stuff!

Here is some more PC Ghost Recon info
1. Improved visuals: new Hi-Quality textures, new Post Processing Effects, multi-screen support, TriDef stereoscopic 3D display support.

2. DirectX 11 features: Tessellation (for soft 3D models), Shaders-based realistic lighting (for Global Illumination), volumetric fog.

3. Online Widget: Party, Friends and Ghost Feed functionality can be accessed at any moment from any screen.

4. Extended party functionality: simplified and more flexible invitation system.

5. Party text Chat.

6. Uplay Friends system

7. Fully customizable controls for localized keyboards

And check this out for a massive Ubisoft turn around ------

For those of you wondering about the Digital Rights Management (DRM) system for the game, here is the answer. A temporary broadband connection will be required for one-time product registration at first launch using the player Uplay account. From that point on, no permanent connection is required, except for online modes.

Do not get this game, optimization is the worst I've ever seen. I can barely run it on 800x600 If you own a console, then go for it, gameplay is solid and I love gunsmith!

I'm sorry, this game is poorly optimized. I can only get decent fps (30fps) if I run on lowest with 800x600, and even then in some levels I get extreme lag :(
