What does the American Dream mean today?
For Niko Bellic, fresh off the boat from Europe, it is the hope he can escape his past.
For his cousin, Roman, it is the vision that together they can find fortune in Liberty City, gateway to the land of opportunity.
As they slip into debt and are dragged into a criminal underworld by a series of shysters, thieves and sociopaths, they discover that the reality is very different from the dream in a city that worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don't.

well, I just tried it. My only explanation to the results is that the game has been optimized like a piece of Sh*t, because even on medium settings I would get 28 fps, with loads of stuttering. Even watch dogs works better on my pc

When you turn on your computer, click F10 or F2 depends on your motherboard then go to CPU Frequency and adjust it, but be careful if you overclock to much you will destroy your CPU…Good Luck…

You can run it on high, but you should put shadows to medium because shadows are eating to much FPS…Plus this game is not optimized very good…:)

On that graphics card Low tweaked but you can go medium if you turn shadows off :D
Shadow just kills the fps
And also get a dedicated graphic card its worth the bucks . I reccomend a GTX 750ti for your cpu :D
