You'll be able to play it at lowest settings with an 800x600 resoultion. MAYBE. Just download a demo and see if you can. But the specs you mention are weak, especially the GPU and the RAM is just too less and DDR2.

Thanks! I tried running the game and the optimization is great. I'm getting 30fps in 1280x800 on lowest settings with a few lag spikes.


It somehow runs better than The Sims 2 Ultimate Edition.

Low-medium settings with slightly lowered resolution to perhaps 720p. You'll get a playable average frame rate of 24-30 FPS, but you might experience lag on some occasions, where a lot of things have to be rendered, such as the neighbourhood or day/night transition and fastforwarding and all. My suggestion would be to download a demo and see if you can play it before you splash out the cash and regret it if you don't get an enjoyable experience.
