I think tweaked high settings should be fine. Lower MAX PPF to lowest number and disable space-screen reflections for better performance. Enjoy! Should get around 35+ fps. Possibly more.

Right click on Wolfenstein in your games library and click on properties, in the window that pops up choose the "local files" tab and click on "verify integrity of game cache" and wait for it to finish, if any files are missing it will re-download them.
