If you are using the integrated GPU in your Celeron, you have the wrong one listed. The iGPU is not 3000, it is just HD graphics which is below the system requirements. That is the reason your framerate is lower than I had thought. So the 15-20 fps sounds about right. Not much you can do in that case, except to deal with it.

Change your gpu to the correct one and check again. Select the regular HD Graphics (bay trail). If there is still an issue, post a screenshot.

Cheers Bro just played the first couple missions and this game looks amazing at low settings get around 45-50 fps and medium which is even better i get around 30.

That still seems really low. How many processes do you have running? Try disabling and uninstalling all unnecessary programs. You should be getting around 30 fps at 1280x720….

Not processors, processes.


Open your task manager, click on the Processes tab and it can show you everything that is currently running on your computer. The more processes you have running, the harder your computer will have to work, which will put your gaming in the backseat.

So i tried it and i only got a 4-5 Fps differance at 1280x720. I think about 25 at 800x600 and 18 at 1280x720. Its still playable for me at 800x600 but i would

I got high tweaked at 35fps at my res.
Maybe you can get medium. Your CPU is really bottlenecking

you can run it at low to medium at 1080p not sure about the fps thou your ram is kind a problem since its only meets the games minimum
