Probably on low settings with out AA, if not try to lower res. But the game is poor optimized and my recommended is to skip it.

You have to change the rig you put in the description. But if you really have that CPU, you're able to run it, because your GFX is atleast an Intel HD Graphics 3000

After some research, you should be able to fix it by heading over to: C:\Users\username(you computer username)\Documents\My Games\SpecOps-TheLine\SRGame\Config\ and open SRengine.ini file using a text editor program such as Wordpad. Then, look for resx and redy values and edit them to your resolution. After that, save it and then try opening Spec Ops: The Line. :)

Great tip, but I don't think it's necessary to backup the configuration file since he can't play the game, so he can't have access to in-game settings such as controllers. Only, back it up unless you've very important settings such as controls, that you've changed through the configuration file. Also, the game itself will automatically generate a new configuration file, if you delete your current configuration file. :)
