Back of the Box
World of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. Throw yourself into the epic tank battles of World War II with other steel cowboys all over the world. Your arsenal includes more than 150 armored vehicles from America, Germany, and the Soviet Union, carefully detailed with historical accuracy.
A flexible system of authentic vehicle upgrade and development allows you to try any of the vehicles and weapons in the game. Whether you prefer to exhaust your foes with fast and maneuverable light tanks, make deep breaches in enemy lines with all-purpose medium tanks, use the force of giant tanks to eliminate opposing armored forces, or become a heavy sniper with long-range howitzers, each unit type has its own advantages and can be extremely effective when operated by a true tank ace.

You can probably play on medium settings on both PCs. The second one does have slightly better specs than the previous one but the difference will probably not be that visible

Thats bcz of your CPU if there are too much players in your surrounding you can lose too much FPS. Try disabling Shadows or lowering it. Same thing happens with WoW. And your RAM is maybe low to support too many players.

OK i managed to find rig quickly so i will write components here and some1 else can check too and say if you can do something better. Here is the rig
MB: MSI 760GM-P21 (FX)
GPU: GeForce GT620 MSI 1GB or even AMD Radeon 6570 Powercolor 1GB/DDR3
CPU: AMD Athlon™ II X2 270
RAM: Dont know for that rig 4GB is plenty of RAM so find some 4GB at local store.
Whole thing costs less then 160$ at my country i didn't checked only shop since it will cost more and shipping would be pain so i recommend buying thing at local shop.
