CMFSSD-64D1 Extreme Series X64 64GB Review
Part of the now defunct Corsair Extreme series, the X64 is based on the popular Indilinx Barefoot controller that marked the end of Intel's exclusive supremacy in the SSD department. Even though it's not even 3 years old at the moment of this review, the X64 already is considered so deprecate in the fast-evolving SSD world that the manufacturer already removed the entire category from it's website, and it's speed is below half of what most current-gen SSDs offer. Even with these disadvantages considered, the X64 is still a lot faster when compared to normal HDDs, offering very fast load times for most applications and a very pleasant Windows, working and gaming experience.
