Radeon HD 7790 Review
Radeon HD 7790 is a fast-middle-class/performance graphics card based on the 28nm, GCN architecture.
It's based on the Bonaire XT Core and therefore offer 896 Shader Processing Units, 56 TMUs and 16 ROPs on a 128-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit runs at 1000MHz and the memory clock will operate at up to 1500MHz. It consumes up to 85 Watt.
This Graphics Card is added one year after the Radeon HD 7000 Series to compete against NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 650 Ti and benchmarks indicate its performance is between 3 and 7% better. However, NVIDIA is also set to release a new graphics card called GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition which is expected to be up to 10% better than GeForce GTX 650 Ti and so it will outperform this card.
With the release price of 150 USD, AMD's Radeon HD 7770 might become obsolete. This Graphics Card needs to be paired with a strong Dual Core CPU.

I don't think so. You know, it wil increase the perfomance, but not a lot… Because, the onboard gpu of your CPU is a good one (for been onboard) and you won't notice a great difeference, you would even go better making an Hybrid Crossfire

(especial feature of the APU family) with a 6670. It's cheaper and in my opinion it would work better.

No. You need atleast an 500W PSU, to minimize issues with your PC. 450W will probably work though.

I was planning to buy a GPU but got confused between HD 7790 2GB and GTX 650ti Boost 1GB; because these two gpus cost almost same in my country. Can anyone help me about which one will be better for my display resolution?

The GTX650Ti Boost has much better performance, so that will always be a better choice if prices are the same.

yes it will, even if the gpu reaches 100% usage, you won't get good fps, because your cpu is no good, a fx 4300 or i3 4130 are great for this gpu :)

hd 6670- hd 7730 and probably the hd7750 is the maximum you can get, or gtx 640-gtx650, but still even if your gpu runs at 100% usage, you will get much much more fps witha new cpu as well :)
but for this cpu this it the best you can get.

no problem, but it will be much better to buy newer cpus.athlon x4 750k costs 60$ and a fm2 motherboard costs around 50-60$ as well and it is much better than that xeon, I bet it's cheaper, because server processors cost too much :)

I want to get a new rig with a HIS card, with i3-4130, does this i3 bottleneck the card? and how many Watt does my PSU need to have, planned to buy a 500W.

it's better to take a fx 4300 or fx 6300, both of them are much better than the i3 and they never use more than 63-65W on full load and they never go over 50C on full load with the stock cooler at stock speeds. And you would need a 500W psu. :)

If I do have to use an Intel processor and not AMD, should I go for i3 or i5? Because my dad doesn't like AMD much.
Also, should I buy Haswell or Ivy Bridge for this GPU?

if you can deffinetaly go for the i5, also for gaming you shouldn't use the haswell or ivy iGPU, you should buy a dedicated gpu like gtx 760 or r9 270x if you have the money, I don't know your budget :)
