Radeon HD 7660G Review
Radeon HD 7660G is an integrated GPU on the fast-middle-class Trinity CPUs.
It's based on the 32nm Terascale 3 architecture and offers 384 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 8 ROPs. The memory interface will depend on whether or not the laptop's system RAM is dual channelled (128-bit if so, 64-bit, if not) and the operating memory clock can be up to 800MHz (max speed supported by the CPU). The central unit runs at 496MHz and will go up to 685MHz in Turbo Mode. Expect a TDP of up to 35 Watt.
Its performance is considerably above Intel HD 4000 Graphics thanks to the high Shaders count which proves useful in most of today's modern Most of today's modern games can be playable using the Medium preset though the low preset will have to suffice for some of them. Extremely demanding games (e.g. Crysis 3) are playable at the lowest settings, using a 1024x768 resolution, smoothly.

The GT 630M in general is slower, and in general the HD 7670M in general is faster. Check notebookcheck. Plenty fast with the A10-4600M. I get 60+ FPS on Minecraft, sometimes upwards of 100.

It's faster on the 3D Mark…almost all game benchmarks on that website indicate it's slower.

Is it good for playing something like, say, NFS: MW2? Is the GT 630M or 7670M any better?

This GPU's performance relies a lot on driver support. 630M and 7670M are dedicated solutions much more reliable.

Actually, it is pretty close to the 630M and 7660G:
http://www.gaminglaptopsjunky.com/gpu-battle-radeon-hd-7660g-vs-radeon-hd-7670m-vs-gt-630m/
And I guess that overclocking the memory will result in even better results.

Well the rank here is pretty close.
