Chieftec is an ok brand. They have some crappy series and some solid ones. We need to know which model exactly, the psu and the motherboard before we can help.

I need help figuring out which graphics card I should purchase.
Is the 7870 worth its performance?
I really want to buy the new upcoming games like: GTA V, AC3, Hitman: Absolution, and etc. so I was wondering if the 7870 is worth $300 or is the 6870 better for the price…
Right now I have the 5670 so it's kinda bad and I need a new GPU fast!!!

First, yes, 7870 HAWK won't disappoint you.
HAWK is the msi's overclocked edition for those main stream GFXs.
As long as GTA V has followed it's Uphoria & RAGE engine, you won't have problem running those games you've mentioned.
7870 HAWK is way better than 6870 in every way.
As AMD's cards depreciation has been going crazy, if you are gonna stick with AMD, I'd recommend to get 7950, or 670 from Nvidia.
