Please, I could use your help! I have an XFX
Radeon HD 4670, paired with much above the recommended hardware, and I still get such
poor performance!
On Portal 2, it does 17 fps average at 1080p!
The only way I can get 60 fps, is going 720p
with all settings annoyingly lowered. Not even on lighter games like Rayman Origins or Half-Life 2 I ever get 60fps at 1920x1080.
Is there anything I can do?

No you cannot do anything :) Just Buy another GPU or play games at 720p with low settings :) Enjoy !
