Radeon HD 7770 Vapor-X GHz OC Edition Review
Radeon HD 7770 Vapor-X GHz OC Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class Radeon HD 7770. See the standard version for more information about it.
The differences include increased memory and core clocks, from 1125MHz to 1300MHz and from 1000MHz to 1100MHz, respectively. A new quiet and efficient cooling system, called Vapor-X, is also available.
Benchmarks indicate a 8% performance boost when compared to the standard Radeon HD 7770.
Benchmarks indicate that the most demanding games (e.g. Metro 2033) still require reduced settings to be played smoothly.

And a certified 80+ PSU with 500 W and 20 A on the 12v rail is enough.

According to the official page, the 700W ModXStream has a combined 12V wattage of 552W, which translates to 46A :D I'd suggest you select that PSU for your GD profile by the way.

benchmark won 650 Ti, but power per performance won 7770 respectively. just as low 80W TDP. 5W les, and it won't need power cable from PSU.

This card doesn't have a VGA port, a DVI-VGA adaptor would be present in the package, but to be 100% sure I'd suggest to check in her home site.
