Radeon HD 7870 HIS IceQ Edition Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon HD 7870 HIS IceQ Edition is a reference Radeon HD 7870 with a special cooling system, both more silent and efficient when compared to AMD's reference cooler. It has no overclock out of the box and so its performance is on level with the standard Radeon HD 7870.

Great card, have it, #swag, but what % would the overclock be from 1000MHz default to 1175? (As far as I am aware, GD overclock setting goes in intervals of 5%)

What does the yellow checkmark mean? I tried to check this game with Crysis 3 and Payday 2, and it has a yellow check mark. I'm getting this GPU, and my CPU is an Intel i3-3225 (LGA 1155). I'm planning to use this build with a 1TB 7200 RPM, and 8GB (2x4) 1600 DDR3. Will this run at least Payday 2 with 1280x1024 around 40 fps+?

Yellow checkmark means that it can run on highest settings.

I found out, you can get the ICEQ with just a better cooling system, but you can get the ICEQ turbo which has an OC of 10% to 1100 mhz
