Will this card be a beast with my i5-560M? However, it will run at x1 v1.1 (PE4L) so it will lose gpu power. Is this a good match?

So for some reason this card can run BF4 on ultra (no AA) at 60 fps easily, but then in BF3 no matter what res/settings i use it keeps going from 30-40 rapidly and the game is unplayable, any help?
