Guys, I need help!
I have an XFX Radeon HD 1GB DDR2 over here, and I am getting such surprisingly POORER PERFORMANCE!
Speaking of simple games, like Portal 2! Though everywhere tells me I should be fine to run it at 1080p on max settings, including game-debate (I'm aware my card is a bit different), I get 17 avg fps!
17 fps on Portal 2!
The only way I can get 60 fps is going 720p with all settings annoyingly lowered.

Make sure to update all your drivers :))
And also defragment your local disc C,D or whatever you have and scan your PC with antivirus just in case :) Those 3 things should fix the problem :)
