Radeon HD 7850 XFX Core 2GB Edition Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon HD 7850 XFX Core 2GB Edition is a special edition of the powerful Radeon HD 7850. See the standard version for more information about it.
This edition features a special cooling system that allows twice as much heat dissipation when compared to the reference AMD cooling system but its performance is still the same, as there's no over-clocking out of the box.

I'm planning on getting this graphics card, however I have no idea what to look for in a power supply. My current card is integrated so I don't think it will be removed when this one is put it. I just don't want to get a power supply that doesn't match the rest of my computer or one that is too weak. Could someone recommend one to go with this card, Thanks.

if the cpu you are using is the A6 on your profile, you should beable to get by with a 430-500 watt psu and still be good, the cpu and gpu makers severely over estimate the power supply needed. I highly doubt both the cpu and gpu combined would suck up more than 300 Watts. (TBC)

Just make sure its a quality power supply, im partial to corsair psu's.. but yea 80+ Bronze at minimum in my opinion. This video will help explain, hes using some fairly high end hardware and it will show how much power hes actually using. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LiWThqgFfI4
I hope this

Great card I must say. Definitely noticed the huge improvement changing from a 7770. Unfortunately my frame rates are getting completely bottlenecked by my CPU and I know it can perform much better.

Of course. you can try overclocking your CPU but remember you must have a capable psu and good cooling and above all -- proceed with caution

Naw, the A10-5800K is really designed for it's 'better' integrated graphics card. I always see the A10-5800K as a few percent higher than the i3s and are nearly identical to the i5s but they are no where near in actual CPU performance. I'm pretty sure the A10-5800Ks higher percentage on this website is mainly due to the fact that it's integrated graphics aren't bad.

I think GD score system is wrong with this card because the standard HD 7850 gets a 10 rating and is 18% better than this one even though there pretty much the same card. This card needs a 10 and the score upped to the same as the standard edition
