GeForce GTX 760 MSI TwinFrozr Gaming Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 760 MSI TwinFrozr Gaming Edition a special edition of GeForce GTX 760.
This edition comes with a custom dual-fan cooling solution which by itself should allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 760 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Also, it has been overclocked out of the box from 980MHz to 1020MHz while its boost clock is now of 1046MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost when compared to the reference card and so this edition performs slightly worse than GeForce GTX 670.

Ok guys, need some accurate advice, I'm really tempted to buy this card around black friday or cyber monday for what looks to be $200, and I know this is a very good GPU and good performance for value, but since I'm currently away from my computer till June 2015 (i'm not even in the same continent as my computer…. it sucks…) I think it's going to be better to wait for new GPUs, help !

Yeah thanks, was my first option but just wanted to know what gigabyte has to offer. Afterburner and GPU-boost 2.0 is also a bonus.

what set up would you pick,
FX-8350 + MSI 2GB GTX760
FX-8320 + MSI 2GB GTX770
FX-8320 + MSI 3GB R9 280X
Forget price to performance value,
what one out of the 3 would be the best set up for gaming,

770 by far, I love the R9 cards but 770 is just raw power, but if money is no object pay another £20 for 770 4Gb
Thanks

That does not sound right, I get about 40fps open world, do you have AA on or soft shadows, if so try disabling it for better fps.
