So, should I upgrade to this card but stay with my 6100 or do I need a more powerful CPU as well. Also I've only got a 550w psu.

This card is good to run all new games on Ultra until at least till the end of 2015, and maybe into 2016, depending on how well optimized new games are. I would also upgrade to a 6300, but you don't have to. Your PSU should be fine :)

Is it worth upgrading to this GPU from my current GPU?
Thanks!

Well, not really. Your card is good to run pretty much all new games on low-high at least for a few years, but if you want to future-proof and run games on Ultra, then yes, it's worth it.

Stay with your 660. If anything your CPU could use some over clocking.
