GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Palit OC 2GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition (not to be confused with the reference GeForce GTX 650 Ti).
This GFX has its central unit overclocked out of the box from 980MHz to 1006MHz (up to 1072MHz in Turbo), while the memory clock was increased to 1527MHz and the cooling system has been upgraded to a dual-fan.
Benchmarks indicate a 2% performance boost, when compared to the reference card.

This is the best GPU you can buy without breaking the bank. I would recommend getting this video card. By the way this model is labeled wrong on this website. It actually is a rebranded PNY version. Palit didn't make this card itself. PNY made this card and Palit just put there label on it. I would but the actual PNY version.

Your PSU is enough. The CPU will bottleneck the card but it won't be a large bottleneck. It would be good if you'd upgrade your CPU.
