Radeon R9 270 Gigabyte WindForce 2X OC Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class Radeon R9 270.
This edition comes with a custom cooling system called "WindForce 2X", which reduces the card's temperature under load, significantly and comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was increased from 900MHz to 925MHz, while the Boost clock is now of 975MHz.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost over the standard edition.

Is my PC balanced ? I know 775 is an old platform and could give some bottlenecks, but you are more experienced than me for sure, and could advice me possible upgrades, i know that i5 4670k is a great deal what do you recomend ?

The i5 would certainly be a worthwhile upgrade if you can get a good deal on it - however the GPU will then become quite a bottleneck in your system. With the new CPU I'd look at an R9 380(X) as your GPU upgrade.


Of course the i5 uses the 1150 socket so you'll also need to upgrade your motherboard.

Yep i know… I just made the deal of my life with this GPU !! 60 bucks + my older one (HD 6770) and I didn't have mutch budget for the CPU+ mobo

So i checked GD to see i if i could run Far Cry 3 and it said i could at some 300x past high so i tried ultra (with my specs it said i could run it fully) so i went to play and ultra LAGS LIKE HELL! But, high does too and low lags as well..

I love this graphics card. This is all you will need! I can run BF4 at MAX settings with NO lag what so ever. I can run Planet Side 2 at MAX settings with no lag. I simply do not see why some people think this is a bad card! ITS AMAZING!!!!
