GeForce GT 230 Review
GeForce GT 230 1GB (first revision) is a middle-class GFX based on the 2009, 55nm, first-generation unified architecture.
It's based on the G94b Core and offers 48 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 16 ROPs, on a 256-bit memory interface of standard DDR3. The central unit runs at 650MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 900MHz.
Therefore, it's an overclocked GeForce GT 130 with a larger bus width but that remains within the same power envelope due to being paired with more efficient DDR3.
Today's modern demanding games will have to be played at low or medium settings to achieve fluent frame rates. DirectX 11 games aren't supported.
