GeForce GTX 760 Asus DC Mini Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 760 Asus DC Mini Edition is a special edition of GeForce GTX 760.
This edition comes with a custom dual-fan cooling solution which by itself should allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 760 benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology and has a much smaller PCB, useful for smaller cases.
Also, it has been overclocked out of the box from 980MHz to 1006MHz while its boost clock is now of 1072MHz. The memory clock was left untouched.
Benchmarks indicate a 3% performance boost when compared to the reference card and so this edition still performs worse than GeForce GTX 670.

My friend got this GPU and now his CPU temperatures are up to 80C or higer. His CPU is AMD A10 6700. Could this be a mark of bottleneck?

Thanks :)

He should get a cooler master 212 EVO. AMD cpus are safe until 72C I think. Seems like the CPU is working hard to get this card going. that CPU is not that great, I'd say its a bottleneck, considering the card is great.
