GeForce GTX 750 Ti MSI Gaming 2GB Edition Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 750 Ti MSI Gaming 2GB Edition is a special edition of the fast-middle-class GeForce GTX 750 Ti.
This edition comes with a custom cooling cooling solution which by itself will allow a slight performance boost, as GeForce GTX 750 Ti benefits from the GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
Furthermore, it comes overclocked out of the box in the central unit that was raised from 1020MHz to 1085MHz, while the Turbo Boost is now of 1163MHz, instead of 1085MHz. The operating memory clock was left untouched. Further overclocking can be achieved easily, as the GPU has great OC potential.
Benchmarks indicate its performance is over around 5% better than the reference NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti and thus Radeon HD 7850 and GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition are still faster.

A bit newer CPU could get a bit more fps with it but this system should work just fine.

I think you'll need a better PSU, 500W at least.

That's what I was thinking but the minimum PSU that this card can run off is 300W and I have 350W so it might be a push on my PSU but I don't intend to game consistently though. If I did run this on my 350W, would it be okay for now?

You can always try it, if it doesn't work LC Power has 420W PSU for around $20 that would do the job. Usually it's never good to use a PSU that is the minimum, so getting a PSU with a bit of room would be the best option… just to not care about it and being safe of not harming your components.

No doubt the 970 is the best out of the 3. Then the 960, then the 750 TI. If you plan on upgrading from the 750 TI, the 970 is def. the way to go. Hope this helps.

Only in the more cpu-intensive games. Otherwise, it's a good combo.

Hold your mashed potatoes! The 955's a stretch from being able to ride that beast of a gpu, and while a serious overclock might be viable, it requires ample power - and it gets hot, so a trusty hsf would be preferable. Taking into account the overclocked cpu and the 970's 500w - and 2 6pin - power req., your rig needs

quality power so it isn't at load all the time. I have never heard about your psu brand, but I would trust high-end parts to mid to high-end power supplies. If you plan on getting a 970, you might want to upgrade your psu and your cpu. You could go up to the 8350 or you could switch to intel(cpu+mobo). For the psu, you

could do with a name-brand (evga, corsair, seasonic, etc) 600w 80+ bronze certified psu. You might get away with doing 500w(more likely with intel), but you'd want the headroom with amd.

If your psu is the Aerocool 600 bronze, you should be able to run the GPUs you stated, but it's not a power supply I've heard of.You should check more sources to ensure that it won't endanger your system.750ti is good all-around for its great power consumption/performance ratio.Itd Be nice to get some arbitration on this
