Radeon R7 M265 Game Requirement Analysis

Radeon R7 M265 is a middle-class-level graphics card based on the second revision of the Graphics Core Next architecture.
It offers a core codenamed Marts XT that packs 384 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 8 ROPs, on a 128-bit memory interface of DDR3. While the central unit runs at 800MHz and goes up to 825MHz, in Turbo Mode, the memory clock operates at 1000MHz. The regular version should offer 2GB of video memory but expect to see gimmicks of up to 4GB.
Technically R7 M265 is just a higher-clocked Radeon HD 8750M and thus it should be able to run all of 2014's games at medium or high settings, using a 720p resolution.
This card should be paired with a decent Dual Core Processor at least 8GB of RAM.

Don't always listen to GD. They are tending to be incorrect now, which pisses me off.

I've got the exact same specs and couldn't be happier - for a $500 lappy. Should run just fine at 1366x768, even at mid settings.

Though I see you now have a 950M, I still have an M265 and installing optifine doubled my framerate (at least) in even CPU-intensive situations, with min smooth lighting and 16 chunks view.
