Will a decently highly overclocked FX 8320e bottleneck this?

getting stable OC clock results of +210 core, and +400 mem clock. With a max temp of 71 celcius. Are these good results? Kinda new to overclocking

I will combine it with intel core i5-6600K, Asus Z170-P D3 MOBO and 8 GB RAM. Is there any bottle-neck? Any advice for different hardware selection?

I would say if you have a slightly more room in your budget get a little better mobo. If you plan to oc which in your case you should, now or later, your results will be better.

There will be no bottleneck for sure. You will need a cooler even if you wont overclock because this cpu doesnt ship without stock cooler. Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI is a good motherboard for the price, it has all the features of skylake.

Also you may not want to oc now but in some years it you might want to cause it will boost your performance without spending for an upgrade. Which case are you thinking of getting?

Budget: $400
Should I upgrade GPU to this or get a new 1080p monitor, ssd, and psu?
Keep in mind the current psu I have doesn't have connections for the 970 so it would have to be upgraded.
Current stuff: 1360x768 tv and a standard hdd

not at all broda :)
i have a i5 4440 and it handles the Asus edition of GTX 970 without any bottlenecks. My and your CPU is pretty strong enough to handle a GTX 980. So go for this card. =)
