This GPU need 400 Watt and 20 Amps, right? I have PSU 400 Watt and 18 Amps, is that problem?

Have this with FX-8320E. Great for games along the lines of Counter-Strike and other FPS games. Can reach high amounts of fps with this card would recommend it

Upgraded to a ASUS RX 460 2GB OC. I'm gonna miss this card, all the I've been through with it.

Well your CPU is 5% better than mine (i have Pentium G3258). I have this GPU and it runs well with my CPU. Although Game Debate says that a reccomended CPU is Intel Core i3 4130. I am gonna upgrade my CPU sometime in the future too. But your PC should run good.
