I got this card, awesome for overclocking and boosts up to 1417 MHz by itself. Temps usually never exceed 70c and the fans barely need to spin and aren't even audible. Great card, I love it for gaming.

The 960 can't use more than 2gb, unless you set it in SLI. So if you aren't going for SLI buy the 2GB version. If you however buy two or more cards then you should go for the 4gb version ;)

No, the card alone takes 120W with 2x6-pins, then you have CPU, RAM, HDD, monitor and inputs that also consume some wattage. Minimum listed here are a 400W PSU, so I don't think it will be any good idea to try with a 320W PSU, sorry :/

Depends on your current PSU, do know what model and series your CPU aret? It needs to be PFC 0.99 Active to work with this PSU booster :)

I get your point, and I do think PSU booster for a GPU are great idea :) My though was just to be sure that the PSU booster does fit and work with your current PSU. the HP Compaq 8000 has a PFC active powersuply, so the PSU Booster should work great with your computer ;)

If you do have the money a new i5 setup would be a better investment in the long run; as CPUs have a longer lifespan than most GPUs. Your current CPU might bottleneck a 960 slightly, but with an i5 you're futureproof for later upgrade to most mid-high end GPUs in the upcoming years ;)

I have this card, and if you overclock it a little more It performs Witcher 3 All Settings on Ultra in 45 FPS. If you bump down the SSAA to Off and some other tesselation stuff to low or off, Wither 3 Runs at 60 fps with everything on Ultra

According to Game-Debate, as well as other sites, this version of the GTX 960 seems to be one of the most powerful 960s, if not the most. It edges out the MSI Gaming/OC, EVGA SC, SSC, FTW and Asus Strix versions. Have this in my GFs build, it's quiet and the fans don't turn on until it reaches -60*C and it has LED lights on the side :)
