GeForce GTX 960 Asus Turbo OC 2GB Edition is a special edition of NVIDIA's Performance GeForce GTX 960 2GB, created by Asus.


Overclock: Central Unit
The Central Unit now runs at 1253MHz, instead of 1127MHz and goes up to 1317MHz, in Turbo Mode.


Overclock: Central Unit
The Central Unit is now of 990MHz, instead of 970MHz.

Frame Buffer
Untouched.


Cooling Solution
The reference NVIDIA Single-Fan Cooling System has been replaced by Asus's Turbo Cooling with Tough ball-bearings on both sides of the fan housing provide greater strength and higher heat tolerance. With reduced friction, it also runs smoother, further improving 4X longer card lifespan.


Performance
Benchmarks indicate a 5% performance over the reference GeForce GTX 960 2GB.

I have i5-2500K and I have slight bottle neck with some more challenging games. Slight* bottleneck, running on 3700Mhz overclocked. So I guess you will have small problem.

I'd say it would work fine for the cpu. Not sure about the P5k, but if it has a slot for this card, it should work. I'd say it wouldn't work on 340W, lets say 500W is pretty much fine.

The 12V Rail is quite weak. It only delivers 18A and that's if the PSU is brand new.
GTX 960 consumes at most 120W.
Your PSU: 18 * 12 = 216W.
It will be tough since that Processor of yours aims for 125W. That's why we recommend at least 29A.

Well,my plan is to upgarde the PSU and GPU now,and then after some time i get a new case,mobo,CPU,cooling and RAM.So would for,example Corsair CX600 be eough for 5820K or 6700K OCed along with a GPU like r9 390X or a GTX 980?

It should be enough for GTX 980. I can't say the same for R9 390X because its TDP is yet unknown but I doubt it..
