Yes, every piece of hardware, specially GPU and CPU are good as long as you maintain below 80 degrees., everything under 80 C is fine.

pip you must to correct this this is not more powerfull then r9 270x or even worst it says is on pair with r9 280 wich is not posible at all this is worst then gtx 760 and gtx 760 is worst then r9 280

This is almost as fast as GTX 960 which is better than Radeon R9 280 and GeForce GTX 760.

only 5% difference. My 960 was my first nvidia card and i think im going to regret my decision.An over clock of 5% andi t becomes a 960

that's true but it ends up consuming more power than GTX 960 and for almost the same price. Besides, yours overclocked is still stronger.
This is also the reason why there will surely not be a GTX 950 Ti.

i agree a 950 ti would be kinda stupid if nvidia did launch a totally useless card because it would undermind the 960 and the 950

in my opinion the 960 is more like a 950 ti and the 960 ti would be the actual gtx 960
