I found out that this GPU is not available in my country, so I decided to go with the GTX 950.
Is it better?
Please reply.

If you only have money for RX 460 go and buy it .. its the best option for under 140$ .. buy 2GB variant cuzz theres no real difference between 2GB and 4GB .. RX 460 is to slow to fully utilize 4GB Vram and stay above 45-50 fps .. but if you have little more money, go for RX 470 !! Its much better value for money .. But i think on 900p you'll be fine with RX 460 2GB :)

The problem is the difference between RX 460 and RX 470 is kinda huge.
1300 Egyptian pounds and it's hard to get.
But thanks in any case.

Not really .. you might see 20-30% improvement but nothing really big and worth it .. consider buying RX 470 or one generation old R9 380 ..

please update correctly its performance, this GPU performance is only 10% better than the R7 370, and in no way can reach close to an HD 7950.

I wish I had unlocked G3258 to make a decent OC. Thank you for you answer, greatly appreciate it, as soon as it arrives at my place, I'm gonna get the RX460.
