Architecture
It consists of 2 GPUs Codenamed Ellesmere XT which, together, offer 4608 Shader Processing Units, 288 TMUs and 64 ROPs.


GPU
The Central Unit runs at 1120MHz and goes up to 1266MHz, in Turbo Mode.


Memory
Each GPU accesses a 8GB frame buffer of fast GDDR5, through a 256-bit memory interface. The Memory Clock Operates at 2000MHz.


Power Consumption
Power Consumption is around 300W.


Performance
At 1920x1080, Benchmarks Indicate a 29% Performance Boost over a Single Radeon RX 480 8GB. This goes up to 50% at 3840x2160.

Radeon RX 480 8GB Crossfire is best suited for resolutions up to and including 2560x1600. We recommend an Enthusiast Processor and 16GB of RAM for Optimal Performance.

I have crossfire Sapphire Nitro RX 480 4GB. For 1080p and 1440p (and even 3x1080p, triple screen setup like I use) is ok, I've got around/over 60 fps in all the games with preset high/ultra settings but for playing 4k gaming you need to crossfire RX480/RX580 8GB

I dont think it will be enough. you need a 750w PSU with 80 plus bronze certificate, and 2 8pin pci-e connectors. EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B Bronze Power Supply is the best choice.

and now its 1% slower than GTX 1070 and its not haha sorry mate but its true .. in like 90% of games RX 480 CF is way faster than GTX 1070 and pretty close to GTX 1080 (in few games even surpasing GTX 1080 like Ashes, Hitman) .. RX 480 CF should be somewhere right in between GTX 1070 and 1080 haha :)
