Yes, definitely. I'm running this card on a 350W PSU. 430 should be more than enough.

  1. what is the power supply brand do you have?

2.i would not suggest you to get this gpu because the power supply may burn down your house and also your current one as well since the low amperage for your power supply

My 350W Fortron PSU with 18,5 Amps handles this GFX without a problem for over 9 months now. I think you're good with your PSU if it's not a cheap noname one…

For the price I had paid, I like it a lot! I'm definitely looking to upgrade it soon. But I'm thinking of getting a new power supply first.

That really depends on your config. Like, for example when I had my 6850 it never went over 55 C ,but, i have two scythe ultra kaze 3000 as case fans and the fan on card was set to constant 90%.
Setting the fan speed up on the 6850 can really help.

Well, 75* isnt critical or anything, so really if noise is an issue, these are the temps you get, see how far you can up the fan speeds without it being uncomfortable. Thats pretty much all you can do (maybe undervolting also, if you you know how to). Make sure you have good airflow in your case also.
