Guys, don't let your GPU or CPU cross 70C. For this GPU download afterburner and instruct the fan to go at 100% RPM when the temp touches 70C, use a wcooler cpu

70C for a GPU is NOT much, for the hd6970 82C is the safe temperature.

Don't get the XFX version of 6970 HD 2GB, it lasted close to two years for me on constant gaming everyday… High temps of 80-90 degrees when running games… I guess the fan design was flawed in the first place…

If I get one of these, will my CPU create a bottleneck? Also, is my PSU good enough?

Can't find much on that psu but I would say no it will not be good.
Your cpu should be able too push this thing pretty good and you could OC it a little if you get this gpu to give you some more performance.

No that psu is junk, you need something solid try Antecs neo, or earthwatt series there cheap and solid power supplies. You will need something in minimal of a 550 watt psu depending on how many HD's, fans, and usb devices you have plugged in.
