GeForce GTX 570 Review
GeForce GTX 570 is a high-end GFX based on the 2010, 40nm, Fermi architecture.
480 Shader Processing Units, 60 TMUs and 40 ROPs, on a 320-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit runs at 732MHz and the memory clock operates at 950MHz.
GeForce GTX 570 is a tweaked GeForce GTX 480, optimized for lower power consumption. This GFX needs to be paired with a good Quad Core CPU.

Yes, it will work fine. I would get an AMD Radeon HD 7870 though, as it is cheaper and performs better.

I personally would go for HD 7850, it has a higher bus width, and in cinjuction with 2gb, it's more futureproof for when you need it and when you buy a FHD monitor. Though it performs a little bit worse than the other two options

"Considering the price difference, it might end up being better buying a GTX 570 instead of a GTX 580, due to the huge price difference." Damn true. But, I still don't know. Which brand is the the most OK?

Do not go for the asus Direct CU II. You pay a lot for the name. It is a good card, but too expensive in my opinion. I think go for MSI twin Frozr or EVGA. Those give the performance of the asus but cheaper. The asus might be cooler but not always. Just my opinion.

No two 570s will be faster than a single 670. However if you are going to use very high resolutions you could be hampered by the vram.

Depends on games and resolution. I max out all games with my card. So i think you will be able to max out most games for this year and maybe next year with a few exceptions. But why not get the 7850? or something newer from nvidia?

Hey guys I really need some help here! The reason I stopped posting here on GD is because I've been suffering from constant BSOD's while gaming and honestly I don't know what else to do. Here's the thing: Everytime I start playing a game 30-40 minutes later ( sometimes a lot more) I get the following BSOD error: " A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval Error 0x0000101 ".
I've changed my memory for a more generic one, my CPU for another one like mine updated my BIOS, Windows and drivers. Prime95 showed no errors, MemTest showed no errors. Some people are saying that this will not stop until a new BIOS update become available. But I'm not so sure. I would appreciate any help from anyone. I don't think it's a power supply problem cause I have a Corsair 650TXV2 and I think it can handle a single GTX 570 just fine. Thanks a lot guys
