GeForce GTX 550 Ti Game Requirement Analysis

GeForce GTX 550 Ti is a fast-middle-class graphics card based on the 40nm, Fermi architecture.
It's based on the Fermi GF116 Core (power optimized GF106 Core, seen on GTS 450) and offers 192 Shader Processing Units, 32 TMUs and 24 ROPs, on 192-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit runs at 900MHz and the memory clock operates at 1025MHz.
It's at essence an overclocked GeForce GTS 450 that consumes just a little more power due to the Core optimizations.
Some modern demanding games will run at the highest settings using a 1080p resolution but the largest part will have to be played with a 720p resolution to be played optimally.
This Graphics Card needs to be paired with a decent Quad Core CPU.

I have a PSU of 450W,and also, are the any good gaming cards for this setup?
I don't want to play in HD or ultra settings,i just want games to have a playable fps for me,like 25 or 30.

If you mean the reference 550ti,yes it should require only one 6-pin connector(according to GD). Your psu's wattage is higher than GD's recommended power requirement,so it has enough output(assured it is of decent quality). It will not be limited in terms of cpu bottleneck,so you're good there too.
