Radeon HD 6720G2 Review
The Radeon HD 6720G2, is basically a combination of the middle-class level AMD Radeon HD 6650M and the integrated AMD Radeon HD 6520G(APU). This system is known as AMD Dual Graphics and also asymmetric CrossFire. It uses Alternate Frame Rendering (AFR) to render different frames on the two graphic cores and can suffer from micro-Stuttering.
The performance relies on solid driver support and, at times, it might even be worse the performance of the Radeon HD 6520G by itself. Only DX10 & DX11 modes are supported which means a game set with lower settings and not set to use DX10/DX11 is not accelerated (does not make use of the asymmetric crossfire feature within the card).
Due to the micro stuttering and performance problems, Dual Graphics may sometimes cause more problems than the possible dual card performance gains they suggest.

Submit A Benchmark

Welcome. From this page you can submit a personal benchmark to GD. Once approved by GD admin everyone can search for your bench results here. The more results the more we all learn.

There are lots of free benchmark tools that test parts of your PC. Select a Type in the form to the right, then select a Tool and then select a Test. You will see a weblink appear beside your selection. Click this link to get the benchmark Tool. Try NovaBench for an all in one benchmark that is only 12Mb to download.

How To

Run your choosen Benchmark Tool on your PC, using the benchmark tool's default setting. Take a screenshot displaying the benchmark score and information displaying your rig and submit that to us.

I see, there is too much discussion about G2 series.Well, basically it's a crossfire combination of an APU and a GPU.They performance depends upon the game.If the game takes full adventage of crossfire then they are as good as GT 550m.However, overall the performance isn't good to match those cards.
HD 6755G2 Benchmarks
Anno 2070 is playable @low only, Dirt3 and Mafia2 goes to High,Black ops isn't good @High.Surprisely, Bad company 2 is great @High.World of Warcraft isn't playable @High because of no support for crossfire.GTA 4 Medium and Crysis @High, Metro 2033 @Medium.So, they are still good enough at least at the level between GT 525m and GT 540m.

An OK graphics card. Even though I'm thinking about switching to an other one. Sometimes when playing some modern games I really have to work with the graphics preferrences because time to time games lag, sometimes lag quite bad. But all-in-one it's an okay card, I'd give it a 6 on a 10 scale.

I don't think you can switch this GPU.

It depends on the laptop manufacturer, some offer the ability to change the graphics chip.

Yes usually on huge laptops but it's rare. It's easy to see though. I really hate this G2 Series of AMD. They are so ridiculous :|

I actually had NO idea what G2 was until I read this cards description :D What the... that makes no sense, why have they done these G2 cards?

Actually we are going to change this card's Rank. It's very overrated.

Well I understood that much from the description... "basically a combination of the entry level AMD Radeon HD 6650M GFX and the integrated AMD Radeon HD 6520G(APU) where its performance relies on solid driver support". That CAN'T be good :D

@Pip, 5 is good enough rank for this card.. I have it and I can't say that it's so horrible that it should be even lower.. Of course it's not as good as many other gfx cards, but it's not that bad either :p

It's not about that. This card was ranked based on predictions. We are now going to rank it based on other data. It's going to be pretty close to the GeForce 425M.
