GeForce GT 555M DDR5 Review
GeForce GT 555M DDR5 is one of the 3 variants of the fast-middle-class mobile GPU still based on the 2010 Fermi architecture.
It's based on the Fermi GF108 Core and offers 96 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 4 ROPs on a 128-bit memory interface of 1GB GDDR5. The central clock runs at 753MHz and the memory clock operates at 784MHz. Expect a power consumption of up to 35 Watts.
Its performance is related to GeForce GT 540M due to being equipped with the same core but should be clearly superior thanks to the extra memory bandwidth and the faster clocked central unit and so expect most modern games to be playable at high settings using a 720p resolution.
