Radeon HD 7850 Review
Radeon HD 7850 is a high-end GPU based on 28nm GCN architecture.
It's based on the Pitcairn Core (Pro variant) and therefore offers 1024 Shader Processing Units, 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs on a 256-bit interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit is clocked at 860MHz while the memory clock operates at 1200MHZ.
It offers great performance, almost on level with previously acclaimed Radeon HD 6970. Therefore, most demanding games are playable at the highest settings with fluent frame rates, using a 1080p resolution.
Radeon HD 7850 was elected the best GPU of 2012 by the GD community, thanks to its accessible price and outstanding performance.

Look at your GPU usage in game, try different games also. I don't think the 650 ti is at bottleneck but the 7850 will be since I had a 955 CPU and a 560. The 560 is slightly under the 7850 and I had a huge CPU bottleneck.

Your CPU won't bottleneck it with that overclock. With this GPU you would be able to play Watch Dogs, but you might get stutters because of your 4GB of RAM.

It won't botleneck if that CPU overclock you have is real :P
Otherwise expect around 20 FPS in Watch_Dogs

Almost has same performance, but AMD Radeon 7850 has a cheaper price, and it make it better than GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost.
