Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Review
Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 (AKA as Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition) is a fast-middle-class GPU based on the 28nm GCN (Graphics Core Next) architecture.
It's based on Cape Verde Chip (XT variant) and offers 640 Shader Processing Units, 40 TMUs and 16 ROPs on a 128-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5. The central unit is clocked at 1000MHz while the memory clock operates at 1125MHz. Expect a power consumption of up to 80 Watt.
Benchmarks indicate today's modern games can be played at high settings using a 1080p resolution while some modern demanding games such as Metro 2033 will require reduced resolutions to be played optimally.

i maxed it out with 2 msaa, although it's a bumpy game, the first mission lagged loke hell even at low.but the rest i could have played at max with 30+ FPS,though i played it ona tweaked high-mid so that i could use AA

no it won't, but i don't recommend you to upgrade your GPU to this one, you won't see much performance increase.

Thinking about getting this or a gtx 650 ti. Just kinda wondering about their power consumption. I have a 400w psu. (Model if that helps Dynex DX-400WPS) Which would be better? Or should I try something lower like a 550 ti?

PSU looks goods for 7770, but I'm not sure about 650 Ti(non Ti is ok tho).About 550 Ti it has more power consumption then 650 Ti.
