Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 Review
Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 is a fast-middle-class GPU based on the 28nm GCN (Graphics Core Next) architecture.
It's based on Cape Verde Chip (Pro variant) and offers 512 Shader Processing Units, 32 TMUs and 16 ROPs on a 128-bit memory interface of fast GDDR5 (though some DDR3 variants were also released). The central unit is clocked at 800MHz while the memory clock operates at 1125MHz. Expect a power consumption of up to 55 Watt.
Benchmarks indicate today's modern games can be played at high settings using a 1080p resolution while most modern demanding games such as Metro 2033 will require reduced resolutions to be played optimally.
This GPU can be paired with an average Quad Core.

It should, 15A on both 12V rails sounds enough for HD7750, considering it's a very energy efficient card

Yes, your PSU can handle it as long as you not planning OCing.

depends with which cpu you pair it. if paired with a decent cpu, it can handle it on about high settings. depends on the res :)

Nope, you don't add them, multi 12V rails must have Over Current Protection, preventing them from reaching the max labeled amperage, consequently you can assume it's always less than the sum of both. The equation is the max power delivered via 12V divided by twelve ;) If you can find that number, you'll know for sure

here's the table..
+12v1 | +12v2
17A | 16A
380W
this is how the sticker looks...
so 380w is the max power for the +12v rail?
where in 380w/12=30A??

I don't think it's accurate to say a 5 fps improvement over the 1080p because you have to scale the performance with each game. Overall, the performance increase from 1080p tremendous because there's less information to be drawn by the GPU. Roughly, I get a 60%-100% boost in performance if I downsize my resolution in Borderlands--going from 25fps to 45fps when playing the General Knoxx DLC (which is known to have horrible optimization).

I would say HD7750 is not a really worthwhile upgrade buddy, the performance difference isn't really significant from HD7670; HD6850 will give you a good FPS boost, but your PSU might not be able to handle that set up :/ Do you know the whole of your PSU specifications?

HD6850 consumes more power than HD7770; both require a 6pin connector from your PSU. If yours doesn't have one (which is likely) you can get a Molex to 6pin adapter to plug a Graphics card, but if it's a no-name PSU, you should consider a PSU upgrade as well, to support a better GPU, or else your PC could face some freezing or crash issues due to insufficient power

Not more than 10$ bucks. Usually, a 400W PSU should at least feature one 6pin connector, some bring even two; that's one way to identify quality units, as they translate to how much power those can deliver ;)
