I used the 2 slot version of this card by BFG. I used it FOREVER!! I used it till the GTX 460 came it. Then I upgraded to 2 2-slot GTX 9800's SLI. Now I am using 2 Galaxy 2 gig GTX 560's SLI with a 5.1 GHZ AMD Quad Core.

They both have their pros and cons. But, I need to keep my system VERY cool due to the overclocking percentage I am using. Everything is O.C.ed 50 percent. My CPU is at 5.1 GHZ, my ram is at3199.5, and my GPU's are overclocked to the max via After Burner. MY CPU is using a Corsair H100 liquid cooler, My ram's using Koolance RAM-33 Memory Water Cooling Blocks. And I am going to order Koolance GPU liquid cooling blocks. Mu Gpus on full load with the fan at 100 percent is 90 degrees C.

That is because the ps3's gpu chip is BASED on it and is not exactly this gfx card. There are so many answers to your question and that is why these other people facepalmed. It is better if you google it.

PS 3 RSX is actually worse than this since it has 128 bit memory bus and 8 rops. lol :p

Well because all ps3 hardware is the same you can optimize the game properly for the specific graphic cards, or something like that right?
